Defeating threats to parental rights
Lawyer Marty Moore defines parental rights and argues we should not separate parental rights from children's rights; they work together. Our lawyers are involved in cases across the country, from British Columbia and Saskatchewan to Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. Marty Moore takes us through a few of these. The main action is happening in New Brunswick because, he says, that is where parental rights are being put to the most extreme test.
