Lawyer James Manson takes us through the case of Constable Michael Brisco, who was found guilty of Discreditable Conduct by the Windsor Police Service after making a $50 donation to the Freedom Convoy in 2022. The Justice Centre is funding Brisco's appeal, and the Appellant's Factum was filed just last week.
